Insurance...
Insurance is not included. Party
leaders are recommended to arrange cover for accidents, losses and
cancellation.
For
longer or shorter courses, specialist training, expedition work or other
particular requirements, please contact the centre for a quote.

- Download, fully complete a Booking Request Form then post or fax (01690 710420) it to us

We'll email or post you a Booking Confirmation and Deposit Request Form

Please check your course details are correct and return it to us together with the deposit

Once we've received your deposit and booking confirmation form your course dates will be added to our booking calendar

Should your numbers change, please inform us at least a month before your course. Should your group size decrease within 90days of your course we will need to charge you for your original numbers

- Download the appropriate course documents (links below). Please
bring all these forms along with you on your course (there's no need to
post them to us!). Students will not be able to participate in
activities without a completed consent form.
- Kit Lists (5 day or Split Week/Weekend)
- Parent/Guardian Consent Forms
- Over 18s Consent Forms
- Room List
- Group Summary Sheet
- Remission Grant Forms (for students whose families are on Income Support). Available until the end of March 2011 only.
- Around 2 weeks prior to your course we will give you a call just to finalise and confirm arrangements and the aims for your course
- Following your course we'll send you an invoice (internal charge form for Wirral Authority Groups) for the remaining cost of the course, less your deposit, plus any additional costs (e.g. Record of Achievements, lost/damaged equipment etc)
- It is strongly recommended that insurance is taken out to cover any cancellation or curtailment costs

- Click here to book online, or download and fully complete a Day Visits Booking Form then post or fax (01690 710420) it to us together with your deposit. Please read the booking form carefully, particularly regarding group sizes and activities. Please note we cannot guarantee any booking unless we receive a signed booking form
- We will post or email confirmation of your course on receipt of your booking form and deposit. Please check the details of your course and contact us should there be any changes or inaccuracies
- Prior to your course we will contact you regarding the content, aims and arrangements of your course
- Following your day visit we will send you an invoice (internal charge for Wirral Authority Groups) for the balance of your course
- It is strongly recommended that insurance be taken out to cover any cancellations or curtailment costs
- Cheques should be payable to "The Metropolitan Borough Borough of Wirral"
