What you get...
Cost of a day visit includes use of our Day Visit Unit with showers, toilets and 2 secured changing areas (independent of the main house), instruction and equipment. The following can also be arranged for you for an additional cost:

Booking Conditions...
- Normally we can accommodate Day Visit Bookings alongside residential courses, however large groups, specific activity requests requiring specialist staff (such as mine exploration or mountain biking) or course requests within 3 months of your booking are subject to availability
- Bookings can only be held once we've received your completed booking confirmation form and deposit. This form will be sent to you via email (or by fax or post if email is not available). Deposits are non-refundable
- Prices quoted are based on our current costs which are normally reviewed each financial year
- The balance of the day visit fee to be payable within 14 days of your invoice
- Day visits are priced on each activity group. Activity groups must nit exceed 12 in total and must include at least one participating adult. There is no minimum number of participants for an activity group.
- All participants (including adults) must have completed an appropriate consent form to take part in activities. All forms must be presented to Oaklands on the day of your course. Forms are available to download from our website
- We'll do our best to accommodate specific activity requests, however at times the weather may dictate an alternative activity for your day which can be decided on the day of your visit
- As part of your course you have access to our day visit shower block, instructional staff and equipment. Please ensure your group do not access the main house which is likely to be in use by another group
- Some activities require a trailer, which incurs an additional fee. Trailers can only be towed by Oaklands staff by an Oaklands minibus, as such the use of a minibus is free of charge when a trailer is required
- It is strongly recommended that insurance be taken to cover any cancellation costs
- Checks should be made payable to "The Metropolitan Borough of Wirral"
