thanks for a good week, we all enjoyed ourselves that much we are comeing again haha. Gethiin and Matt are great instructors thanks for getting us through the week (even though the tasks were hard). Chris says thanks matt for makeing him jump off the cliff, and sian says thanks for being there for her all week. overall it was the best week of P.T.V so far see you all soon

Best bits of your course

The best part of the whole course was the coasteering because the group gelled better due to the fact that certain main members couldn’t swim which was fun when they had to dive off the cliff face.

The conditions that we had to do the canoeing.

What did you learn about yourself?

That if you put your mind to it you can do it!

All you need is encouragement and team spirit

What did you learn about others (your team mates)

That people need telling to get on with it, and most of us will do it if someone else does it first mainly mick and parker doing it first.

What did you learn about the environment?

That mother nature is powerful and beautiful at the same time, we should do more to preserve the earths natural beauty.
