 Most challenging bits…

The Dingle Walk, having to trust in our team mates.

Walking up the gorge.

What did you learn about yourself?

‘It’s hard to trust in people you don’t really play with but sometimes you have too.’ Anna

‘I can do things that seem really difficult, I just have to try.’ Ava

What did you learn about others (your team mates)

You can become friends with people you don’t normally mix with.

Boys can be helpful!!!!

What did you learn about the environment?

Don’t throw litter because the world is beautiful and we shouldn’t ruin it.

You’re Group:

Funny, a good laugh.

Best bits of your course

The Dingle walk, we had to rely on each other.

Most challenging bits…

Canoeing, we had to work as a team by keeping in time and encouraging each other.

What did you learn about yourself?

‘ I missed mum and dad but realised that if I cry I’m not going to have a good time and enjoy myself.’ Ella

What did you learn about others (your team mates)

Just because they are a different age or in a different year, doesn’t mean you can’t be friends with them!

What did you learn about the environment?

That we shouldn’t throw rubbish on the floor or anywhere especially lakes and rivers…put it in the bin!

You’re Group:

Chris, our team leader was AMAZING!! Totally cool!!

 Best bits of your course

All of it but especially the canoeing and the Dingle Walk

 Most challenging bits…

Gorge walking because we had to complete challenges, which were very tricky.

What did you learn about yourself?

‘I learnt that I can canoe, and to rely on others not just your friends.’ Eleanor

‘I found it difficult to do the Dingle Walk with blindfolds on but I did it…YIPPEE!!’ Francesca

What did you learn about others (your team mates)

That you can rely on, co-operate and communicate with them.

What did you learn about the environment?

The River Conwy is a tidal river.

The water in the gorge was freezing cold even though the weather was scorching.
