Sliding on our bottoms down a vertical rock face! | Gorge walking especially going into the cave and getting soaked under the waterfall and sliding down the canoe! | Gorge Walking |

We found the rock climbing, hiking up the mountain and remembering our kit a challenge! | Steering the canoes to stop us going round in circles! | Climbing up the gorge in the cold. |

What did you learn about yourself? |
If you believe in yourself-you can do anything | We can overcome our fears and we’ve learnt how to make a bed! | We learned that we can co-operate and if we push ourselves, we can achieve anything! |

What did you learn about others (your team mates) |
When you encourage each other, you can achieve what you believe you can do. We are able to cooperate together and we have made new mates. | We can work together to support each other. | People are braver than we think and that everyone can achieve anything. |

What did you learn about the environment? |
It made me forget about my X-box 360 elite and it’s a little dangerous J | The Welsh weather can change very quickly. One minute it was snowing and the next it was sunny. | The cold was a challenge, but we coped really well and didn’t moan! |
